Charles at the front desk is amazing. He got me in ASAP and followed up with me after each appointment to check on my kitty Dipper. Charles is very bubbly and polite and definitely calmed both me and my kitty Dipper down upon arrival. Victoria and Natasha are amazing Technicians, they are both so professional, knowledgeable, patient, quick and precise. I know my kitty is in great hands with them. Dr. Asher ties the whole crew together like glue, so knowledgeable and professionally. The atmosphere in here is so peaceful and calming for both you and your pet. 10/10 recommendation. The staff truly cares about your pet they only recommend what’s in the best interest of your furry friend, and reviews all options before your appointment. Me and Dippy both love it here. And I know you will too. 🥰

Ellie and I had a wonderful first experience with our new vet! I truly appreciated the no fear approach, which made us both feel comfortable and cared for. The vet and the staff were incredibly thorough in their explanations and answered all of my questions. It's evident that they genuinely care about their patients and their owners. I've been coming to Beaver Brook AH for many years. First with my German Shepherd who passed away 3 years ago and now with my baby boy bull terrier mix. Dr. Monica is fantastic! And they are Fear Free which is a big plus for my high anxiety rescue boy. The entire staff is amazing. You can tell how much they love animals and love what they do. I'd never go anywhere else with my babies!

My cat and I love this place!! Once my cat is settled in the room he likes to explore and look at the fish tank or the birds outside, which i like because my previous vet didn’t allow my cat even to leave his carrier. All the techs are great and very detailed about what they are going to do to my cat. Afterwards once the doctor comes in they are both very thorough and very gentle with my cat.

We ABSOLUTELY love the staff at beaver brook!!! We have been going for years and they have been absolutely wonderful to our fur babies. They were super compassionate when we had to say our final goodbye to our elderly shihtzu. They welcomed our “tiny” (70lb) puppy with open arms when we took him for his shots and all of his puppy visits. We truly adore the doctors and the office staff!

My cat was seen once for a an annual check up. The bill was $521 just for the check up because they pushed multiple tests and products on to the bill after claiming he had a heart murmur. I waited a couple days, concerned, for the results of his heart murmur, just to get an email from the doctor that did not mention the words “heart murmur” once. I had just paid $500 for testing, worried about my cats health, to not have it mentioned. Instead, the email spoke about crystals found in his urine. I was confused how they find crystals since I never was informed or consented to a urine extraction to be done. I was never informed of any of the details the Dr. Claimed her nurses told me. The Dr. response was only to try and prove me wrong by saying a urine extraction is “not technically an invasive procedure” and tried to tell me that it was a “standard procedure” they do daily, implying that I should know. No matter how big or small the procedure, all pet owners should be aware and give consent to what is being done to their pet, which is where my frustration comes from. Lastly, after trying to order special food for my cat to dissolve the crystals, while in the process of changing back to his previous vet, they declined my purchase.
